Removal requests
Is your phone number listed and you believe the reports are wrong? Or did a comment include personal information? Email us with:
- The phone number (for example, 604-555-0142)
- Which report or comment you’re asking about
- Why it should be removed or corrected
We review every request and remove content that is false, abusive or includes personal information.

- We are not the CRA, a bank, the police or a phone company. We can’t cancel cards, reverse payments or block numbers on your phone.
- If you’ve lost money or shared personal information with a scammer, contact your bank right away, then the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at 1-888-495-8501 and your local police.
